[Question] Model Edited Private Server

Noggit can edit maps already made that nobody else can see what youve done, is it possible to create maps that other people can see if you are the admin of a private server, like when u extract the maps with ad.exe into ur maps bin, if you have the patches already in there will they be included to the bin so that members of your servers will not need to download anything to be able to see it?

people in the emulator server section probably know better about this then model editors. but I think they have to FL the mpq themselves.
