How do i make an item with a menu

Hi there.

i have looked anywhere for this and cant seem to find it, so now im trying to see if any of you guys know how..

I want to make an item that I can right click on and then a menu will pop up with items like a vendor and maybe have some teleport options too.

So if you know how plz help me......

You would need to know C++ to make that, or get someone to make it for you. But don't post a request thread here, as it is against the rules!
