How can i lower a rogues dodge chance to like 50 or 60% without lowering my level cap?

WHats the max level also? That plays a key part in it, as you level the more your dodge increases.

Oh i've seen that done on servers before, I noticed some got a -500 going on like dodge and aglility for some pieces, might want to try... possibly works.
