Your armory link doesn't seem to work for me but I'd recommend using a spec like this Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft if you haven't done already. Also, a good set of PvE gear can be very nice (believe it or not) if you have a skilled healer in your 2v2 team, a disc priest would be highly recommended.

That spec is one of the most popular PvP specs around for rogues, it is very good if used well!

And as for weapons, whatever gets you the most damage output is the main target. It's worth doing some PvE if you don't already to get some descent daggers.

I would recommend looking at these links too:
wowpopular (will give you a rough idea of enchants and displays 2 versions of the spec i linked above)
MMOwned - owning with a Rogue (may be advice to a level 40 but there're bits of good advice to be salvaged)

Hey happyhappy! I can not see you gear but I can give you a few tips:

The talent sam65 gave you is the standard muti/prep spec that is a quite good spec, but if you do not have the weapons nor gear, this is quite hard to play in arena because you may have the cc, to contain the target. But the burst damage you put out is not enough to push the opponents healers on the defensive. It will not be enough "pressure" as we call it. Although it is a very fun spec to play, since you can use evasion+vanish then it, press 'preparation' and do it again. You will be an easy target in pvp if u are a newly geared rogue. That counts for almost all classes.

spec choice; The spec you choose is quite weapon dependant. Daggers goes for HFB (hunger for blood spec) and the talent linked above named; mutiprep. You have a 3rd choice if you like fistweapons, maces, swords and (since 3.2) axes! That is combat spec, the 2nd talenttree. IT gives you an amazing burst, on cooldowns. P.E;popping killing spree, then bladefurry and adrealine rush.

you have a 4th choice, but its not to recommend because subrogues isnt any buffed in this patch, and from my eye of sight, not an easy spec to play with. I tried once in TBC, was very funny doing shadowstep in the arena when they try to los you, and suddenly you are on them pressuring again. (shadowstep are like blink for mages in a easy telling way)

Well thats some general thoughts about rogues in pvp.

Gear: Sam65 says it can be handy to have pve gear with you, and that is true, top players are also using some tier items for some extra dps. BUT you should have at least 800ress, before thinking of putting pve gear on, if you want to have some survivability and not get 3-hitted by cleave teams. Even if the discpriest you play with are good, it is not possible to heal a rogue that get nuked down from 20k hp to 0 in 3-5 sec nuke. So recommend to go : ress<hit(5%cap)<ap<crit<hp, something in that way. im not sure about the lasts ones, but ress and hit first.

Well i can not come up with anything else at the moment. But I can link some PVP specs:

    41/5/25 known as: muti prep
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

You can choose this as well, gives you a bit more cc damage on kidney shot, and as well reduce your damage with deadened nerves

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

    5/42/12 combat spec

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

Well this are the ones that I know should be good, you can always adjust some points that you like more.

Well, i only watched over fast now, but I guess you are farming honor atm, so buy hateful gear, and deadly offset. (yeah i know it takes some time.) Go vault of archavon everytime you can, join wg battles (gives you alot of honor).

Buy: You should swap out the savage, with hateful or deadly (if you manage to get to that raiting.) Get mongoose on your mh and titanium wep chain on your OH, or vise versa. If you have a lot of WG marks, I reccommend you to buy the i232 legs and 213 items from there. Till you have around at least 700+ ur mostly ready to go, on my rogue i have 700/800+ depending on which trinkets I use.

Well hope i gave you some tips you didnt already know=)
