VPS Servers - Does NE1 Use Them?

Does ne1 here host their wow private server from a VPS server? ??????? For example..Godaddy.com VPS servers

I have hosted various games servers on VPS solutions and as long as they are kept fairly small they can run ok.I did try WOW but found you needed a VPS that gave you at least 250meg of allocated memory to make it run smoothly, the package I had just had that so wasn't really enough for Ascent plus my other applications so stuck it on a dedi instead.

Consideration also has to be taken into the amount of bandwidth you are going to consume also most VPS don't have that heafty an allocation and alot of users on the server might bust some hosts allocations.

All that said your quoted one above should be able to handle running the server the only real limitation will be how many people you want on it (oh and I am assuming the host allows Ascent under their AUP.)
