Help with server

I have access to a real server with pretty decent bandwith. It has cPanel and I am trying to get a ascent emu server on it? Im trying to use ac-web repack on it also. I got mySQL and apache to work. Its just I dont know how to run ascent and the logonserver on the server. Anyone have any ideas? *hint, I might +Rep*

You should take a look at some guides, its really hard to help if you don't have a specific problem.
