    Hey, was just wondering what the ID numbers are to get there? For example what would the ID number for a portal to the city be? Or where could I find one?

    no portals mate there is a quests that gives you an item that teleports you there... the quest starts at Shattrath City see video to see where it starts... it starts where insanesk pupil is near some draenei warriors
