could u make a guide on how to join public servers?

I'll make a quick and easy guide.

Where going to use hamachi.

step 1.) Download hamachi at www.hamachi.cc
step 2.) Install then skip tutorial
step 3.) push the power on button on the lower left, wait till its done.
step 4.) Click the "triangle" on the lower right. Select create a new network. Think up a network name and pass
step 5.) Now that that is done, you have to remember your hamachi IP found on the top of the little gray screen(the big numbers) and then find realmlist.wtf and wow473519 and put this in it : setrealmlist YOUR_HAMACHI_IP_HERE ( delete the sentence that was there)
step 6.) Your friends have to download hamachi and put joing your server, and putting YOUR hamachi IP in their realmlist.wtf and wow474519

I'm using Mangos emu rev 2865 and these are my problems:

first, mobs spells don't affect me, I have no protection against shadow, arcane, nature...nothing, so I can't be cursed, poisoned, etc

second, how do I do to see my reputation with all the factions, I can only see my reputation with my alliance ex. Darnassus, Gnomeregan Exiles, Ironforge, Stormwind

I'll be grateful if someone could help

I got my server working, but i am encountering a problem when i go to run the game. I have the right version of wow but when i go to open it i get an error saying that to many lines of code were found in the "DBFilesClient\WorldStateUI.dbc" file. It says that 39 were found and only 34 were expected. It is a 121 error (version mismatch)

What can i do to fix this problem??

P.S. Im useing america repack and i downgraded to version 1.11 which is also the version of the hack pack that i used. I follwed Kru's guide to install the server.

first your a GM so mob spells will not affect u, also there attacks wont hurt u.

second press U to see all of your rep with people

the only time u get a version mismatch is when u do not have the correct hack patch. u mite think u have it but make sure that u do. here is a link to a working 1.11 hackpatch,

I am still having the same problem. I was already useing that hack pack. I went and redowngraded to 1.0 and upgraded back up to 1.11.1.5462. I am still recieveing the mismatch error, but this time it is with a differnt file. I am useing Amrican93_s_Repack_2_1_.4 if that matters, and i got the updates from Marlos post.

you could try .npcinfo That is a command in Mangos but I think it will also work on WoW Emu

ive got my server working.. well i think i do...
i have a 1.8 server just to test since no1 else will be going on there i jsut want to see differant talent effects etc.
now i have it all set up but when i load the wow.exe and put in my username and pass i made i get the "downloading update"
is this because i cant stop at 1.8? do i need to go to 1.11?
if not can u tell me how to fix my problem
if it is just because i have to upgrade more just say that and ill go download the patchs.

Try deleting all the "updaters" in your WoW folder ( the backgroundupdater etc.)

It works Demonicmaster thx for the .npcinfo, and back to other thing...I pressed the U button and showed me my reputation with only 4 factions (in this case alliance) I want to see the other factions, any sugestions, please?

I had downloaded Americns repack a while ago the 2.4, and when I tried a server all the enemies just stood there and would only attack when i went up and manually attacked them even then it was kind of buggy, where they would stop or it would lag a bit. Is this because of my computer or is there a new repack or something I am supposed to be looking for?

Version 2.0.0.6080 does not have a patch.MPQ file to delete - just 'common.MPQ'. Is it possible to roll it back to version 1, or is there another way to get an emulator to work with this version?

Reïnstalling is the key. But i don't know if it its really fully possible to play on a 2.0 version. Many have said it is, so I won't say anything.
