rofl you're joking right? in all seriousness just use wow-v or ascentdb editor its the easiest way. As for custom mounts.... well i know how to do it but it involves finding a different and never used mount spell (good luck combing for the weird colored dreadsteeds) and changing some source code to make that spell mount you on a different id if you want more help post a new thread... but only if your up to some serious effort

Hey guys I have set up the server everything seems to be running fine untill I create certain characters I get a huge artifact when I enter the world and the characters that work ok cannot talk to NPC's that sell items asoon as I talk to a vendor that sells anything I get a d/c same if I .additem. Thanks guys

Well the title says it all: I got some problems getting a server online.

I've been using the .pdf file attached with this guide to set it up:

Followed all the stpes exactly. (the offline server is working great!)

I made myself a socalled dynamic IP on this site: No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP
It's online there, can manage it and everything. Its called thuis.myftp.org.

All that works well. I changed the places in the index.php and pomm_conf.php files where it says "localhost" to my IP-adress. (the xx.xxx.xxx.xx one)

I configured the phpmysqladmin site for it.

When I press start SQL there are no problems. When I press Start Realm it stops at
Database :81.243.188.18;root;root;realmd"
Then shuts down after some time.
When I press Start MangosDB it stops at
Worlddatabase: 81.243.188.18;root;root;mangos
Then it also shuts down after some time.

What do I do?

try using Hamachi, it is much easier to setup. on this site there is a guide for making your server public using Hamachi. good luck

my server was working fine then out of no where it just stopped working = / it gets stuk on "Connecting" when i enter my username and password then press enter. if u could help me solve this problem it would b great

Hey everyone, i was just wondering why is it when i run WoW, i select my character, then the game starts to load but it just stops at the end. Anyone know why this happends?

I'd like to just point out that i'm still pretty new to the whole creating a private server and been playing around with it for awhile in my free time. I've never had a problem with it up until the newest patch came out (2.3.2) and now whenever I try to make a new character, i'll be able to log in and then i'll get an instant D/C. I've spent a good hour or 2 looking around these forums for some sort of answer and haven't found anything. I may be blind or just impatient, if anyone has answers I'd love to hear it

Hi all!

I have a problem. I have installed .net framework 2.0 and put the missing dll to the system directory BUT when I start logonserver.exe its just disappear after some lines. Ascent.exe almost do the same, that load and wat for the logonserver, then disappear. What did I wrong?
