Getting Server Public[Ascent]

Hey everyone, I have a problem.

Ok i did everything to make my server public.
I made a host on no-ip.com, I changed the Realms.conf,
Ascent.conf, and the Logon.conf folders to the host name.
And it worked on my brothers computer. Then when i told my friend
to do it on his, and it didn't work. So it seems only people
on my Local Area Network(LAN) can get on my server.
