[Release] Zepplin Portals

FerretyBeast on Ascentemu took the initiative to spawn portals to each city where the zepplins would be. On most ascent revisions, the zepplins dont work, so this is a nice addition for servers.

to make like a npc Shot a bow like in AV on Retail
would it be C++?, and how would you make a Gameobject (Canno) shot a fire ball
, just some ideas for you C++'s
