[RELEASE] Morph NPC

Ok this is the next in line of some npc's ive been playing round with, im not gonna take full credits for this as Daikenkaiking wrote the original script, but I've edited it added some features and added a de-morph option and compiled it.

Also wrote a sql for it so all you need to do is type in game .npc spawn 32060

What this NPC does is show a gossip menu and allows you to pick an npc to morph into for a small fee The chicken is my favorite!
