Creatures not spawn!

Title says that! I just just tried Chrispee's Ascent New DB in our older comp.
Then I DL same DB to my newer comp. In older computer DB works fine 4 me but when i dl and executes database again to my new computer,
there were not any creatures in whole game. I haven't change anything in navicat tables.

+rep for those who can solve this( anything npc fix or?). Thx anyway

Well ur being very confuzing man
all i can say is get his newest repack on one of ur computers and just use that for ur server with that database and i know it excutes urnpcs in his database so yeah it should work.
