Help needed - I cannot talk to spawned NPCs

If i spawn any vendor or any NPC i cannot talk to them, for example, i was wanting to make a macro that would summon a field repair bot...

Unfortunately i remembered that any NPC i spawn could not be talked to... so i tried it anyway, and i can't talk to it

Any help is appreciated

I'm running ascent (2dgreengiant and chrispee's repack of doom)

EDIT: I CAN talk to guards, innkeepers, quest givers, and bankers (bank doesn't work though )
