[HELP] Creature Spawn Problems

I have a full spawn table, my cmd loads alright but when im ingame nothing is spawned and i cant spawn. It gives off invalid entry. Im no noob at databses and the entry are correct. Iv never come across this before and would like to resolve it. Please can any 1 help.

alter table creature_names add column mouseFlags int(30) not null default 0 after subname;
