problem with connection

I'm have problem my server is working good
but when i'm enter the game i'm can't enter my server with my external ip
I'm enter with internal ip only and my friend can't enter my server
he wait connection for 5 Minutes after this time
he have disconnection

realm 1 is external (i'm can't enter)
realm 2 is internal (i'm can enter)

just if anyone else reads this, this is from the sticky above

"Q: Realmlist loop

A: Its caused by many things, ports not forwarded, your firewall(just disable it) or an outdated rev or incompatible revs in databases"

sumtimes put the realmlist ips are your outgoing ips, since i was behind a firewall i put all mine to my WAN and people didnt get that issue, might help for people in future
