that just means that the svn version of that file differs from the offical version or you have edited it, so if you svn update again later on, it will over right that file to the orginal version, best bet is to copy all the files to a new folder, and delete the .svn file whats hidden, so your gonna have to show all hidden files from folder options and then its all good.
Also if you got phpMyadmin, goto that, click on priviages and then click your account, you can change the password easy, then just change it via the config files.
also what mysql are you using? or are you using a a package like WAMP? as im using wamp for all my server files, and im running like 4 cores and i have like 10 dbs on my wamp xD and it helps alot swtiching thu them all and stuff.
