I need PHP help!

Hello, I hope that someone of u are good at PHP out there, or well... HTML maybe is enough.
I want my website to have like a account creation site but instead of uploading it to mysql(can't get that to work) I want the info to go to a XML or TXT file.
So my plan is that I create the accounts at like 17:00 and 20:00 or so.
Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

Yes, thank you illidan... but they arent working... It seems as they cannot connect to MySQL database. Everything else can (server, ecko tools aso)
