GM on private servers

Well, first of all i want to say that i'm a total n00b when it comes to private servers, about the only thing i can do is joining private server thats on XtremeTop100.com - Gaming top 100 list or sites like that where you just need to change realmlist and create an acc on there website

Anyhow, i've been looking for ages after a private server where you get to be a GM without having to work as one, I'd be happy just to play around abit with some GM commands and so..

I've tryed to get my own private server going but without luck, tbh i dunno what i did wrong (followed a thread on MMownd ^^).

So i wonderd if thers anyone here that got a good server that i might be able to join (as GM) or if anyone know a real noooby thread for making a server .. (btw, i've played wow for a long time and know it very well from retail)

(Oh forgot to say, since i'm no good with private servers and so i dont quite know how hamachi work either )
