as far as i know, the realmlist is now selected by the current user.
so if you got a account with PTR-Cataclysm, you get transferred to the realmlist server of cata.. i think we can set the entrypoint here.

Rofl. Everyone can make it that far. Without OpCodes = dont call it 5.0.1 core. Even my own sandbox for 3.3.5 & 4.0.3 handles authentication stuff without any update.

Also, why do you guys care about realmlist? Just set the CVar in WoW's debug console?
If anyone can give me access to a MoP beta account I can create a sandbox.

opcodes are no problems for me, but the encryption method has been changed and the packet protocol need updates

I am in the Beta but wouldn't give my info and auth code to any random person. If one of the people actually working on it wants just send me a PM. I wouldn't mind being able to walk around Pandaria while waiting for Blizzard to give me something to actually do in the Beta.

I just need a sniff with wireshark on port 3724.
just start make a wireshark dump from loginscreen to the charlist and givt it to me/us
