Server Ideas

Greetings everyone, I have been working on a Emulator Server project recently, though I am having a hard time now to find some ideas. I do have the technology and the people, though I am having a hard time to find some good ideas for it.

For now, in my big picture I want to create something community oriented, with something similar to an armory but better designed and also having a real background as a private server, with its own style and experience.

Could you people share your ideas or thoughts?

I recommend you get an idea before you get the people, since this will be the core of the whole project, work yourself up from there.
