On my server i got:

Custom vendors.

Custom Trainers.

MorphNPC

Free MoneyNPC.

CIDS 7 Tier remade for 2.3.0 by me.

Some AFG vendors.

Arena 3 vendor (armor and weapons)

Custom quests.
(Level 50 Quest Named "Level 50 Quest")
(Level 60 Quest Named "Level 60 Quest")
(Level 70 Quest Named "Level 70 Quest")
(Level 80 Quest Named "Level 80 Quest")
(Level 80 Quest Named "Ultimated Quest")

Starter Quest.
(You win 10 gold and a custom weapon)
(ATK power for custom weapon = 20-30)
(Xp = 20000 = level 8 with blizzlike xp)

Custom City. (Quest city)

Level area (50+)

Alot of bugs fixet.

Zul'aman full spawned.

Remade Gm island for a Horde- and a Alliance Mall.

Alot of custom weapon. Not Godlike (You can get some of them in quests).

Custom armor sets. (Use it to what u want.)

Custom Mobs.

You cvould try making some new npcs or something, like remake an instance.

idea: release your server pack

Make a event with a price in the end (many a vendor with really good items) and when i say event i mean like a stairway to heaven make a portal to the event and place it somewhere just put tables on eatchother or something!

I have think about that, but i dont know how to make it :S

and go into npc_text and find the id or add a id for the npc you want to speak XD

Maybe - If you can make your BGs work - Dont make it a BG for hordies and Alliance to kill each other, they can but, put alot of NPCs maybe let them drop some nice gear or gold or something :>
