Personally I don't use it, but it's potential is srs bsns.

LuaHypArc is added as default to ArcEmu's Lua engine now, so there really won't be much of a question of who uses LuaHypArc. I think a really nice thing that servers should incorperate in is Python. Its simpler than C++, yet still a very powerful scripting language.
