I thought ArcEmu went out with sliced bread?
I thought ArcEmu went out with sliced bread?
even though Aspire hasn't moved 3.1 into their trunk yet...their 3.1 for the most part has been extremely stable for me, I have been using it since revision 1404 and they are at 1570+ right now. So Arcemu moved 3.1 into the trunk...yippee?
Welcome to open source. Its supposed to allow people exchanging code between projects. What is so bad about it? Should every car manufacturer reinvent doors in order to use them?
Thing about this scene is that everyone's too much of a selfish bastard to actually share code, resulting in mindless core-envy and redundant copy-pastes.
Of course, getting code from a colleague isn't bad, but not leaving proper credit where it's due, is.
I lol'd at people getting angry due to copy & paste of code.
It's open-source, that's what happens. You don't like the project? Don't support it. Don't download it, don't compile it, don't even talk about it.
MMOwned is one of the hugest distributers of anything emulation. If people want to find out more about emulation, MMOwned is one of the places they will go. If you want to kill the free advertising ArcEmu gets from forums like this one, stop talking about it.
Oh and to rehash...
ArcEmu fails.
Na i dont like it
