I wouldnt play on that server maybe they would have the player's download a patch editing their pc's to randomly spam "Allah ahkbar" on the screen and then explode ...

On topic: If I get a letter from blizzard and I can confirm it's real I would be shutting down prertty fast. Blizzard is a big company (plc i think but not sure) and I would not want little me to mess with big them, especially as I have a crap lawyer. I wouldn't call it having balls to say no, just being curious or extremly stupid.

If I'd get a Message I wouldn't shut down. I would backup the server. Informate all the Playrs about a Offtime cuz of maybe upcoming hackattackz by blizz, change the host and reopen the server.

At the private servers i've played the community was really good and there were many little events. It was like being a part of a big family etc etc. A feeling the undisturbed bugless grinding at Blizzard rarely manages to match.
