    No, BindIP is made for binding the IP for a specific IP. For example "192.168.1.1" for local playing only. And if you put your external IP there, you wont be able to connect from another IP. Since BindIP was implemented, in revision 5245, people have been confused about this. Just don't touch it So again.. I don't see the point of changing it? Just use the default "0.0.0.0" It has nothing to do with "hosting without hamachi".

    What will you change in mangos to edit the realm IP then? (Not using mangos but good to know)

    Realmlist table in the "realmd" database.
