Help me Plz ( wow map name changer and wow map editor)

1.Does any know how i can change the name of the map like when i enter a place its says stormwind, like how to make it say darkwind (example)

2. Also anyone know a map editor for 2.4?

1. Requires client editing in my opinion. Refer to the model editing section, they're pro when it comes to that
