[Question] Changing host

I have 2 good questions I looked for on the website and couldnt find anything so im'a make a quick post.

Question one is, If I use AC Webs Repack and make it to my liking can I give it to somone else to host for me? If so how? I think I have to just give them my whole AC Web Repack Folder and access to the db... Not shure

Question two. Well this is more like requesting a link. Ive been looking for custom vendors because I dont want to do all the vendors myself. I found some good ones but it only contains the ones with armor and so one. I need Proffession vendors too so the players can level their prof. If anyone knows a repack or a sql file PLEASE link it.
