[Help] Stuck on compile error

Im using Sectorstevens compile guide.. its great but some things are left un-answered.......I get this error

I looked the error and tried to problem solve BUT it does not read the include file i have in there... iv tried everything please help.........iv watched sector's video like 10 freaken times and my sound card is broken so im kinda clueless about have the crap.... i had to play around with files to get rid of like 20 errors lol but those 2 eerors are so damn confusing

Well you have to first setup the windows ascent library's which will give you the required files necessary to compile without errors, look in the trunk/extras/ if your using arcemu!!

Thx but i actually figured it out abut a our after i posted this......But now i have a worse problem...........theMaps file wont load and i cant login to the realm and i cant make charatcers i get DCed each bloody time!! Any one have a idea?
