HeidiSQL Error?

SQL Error: Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL, I keep getting this error for some reason ive been playing fine, im not sure what i did but for some reason im getting this now and cant even log into my game any help is greatly apreciated, thanks!

Try reconfiguring your mySQL and also make sure your .config's have the same username, password, etc...

How exactly do i reconfigure my MySQL, when i try to run mysql.exe it doesnt work =P

You try to login at heidiSQL at the same PC that the server si on right?
