Can't learn recipes :(

ok, I got trainers working, but i still have one more issue. I have tried several revisions including 4330. Recipes that are dropped bought via merch or rep don't get learned when you click on them. Like say Moroes dropped Mongoose.. It doesn't do anything clicking on it for my 375 enchanter. I gave it to a none enchanter, and it says item can't be used, so it is at least seeing it is an enchanting recipe.

I never said anything about my trainers working or not, though I did get our trainers working...
