LoL... Burlex right now is keeping 2.4 live to himself because of all changes blizz has made to the game. The 2.4PTR rev was taken down for a reason. Very buggy, very unstable. Half the time, couldn't even get it to load. The major issue at hand is the change to authentication and also, spells can now belong to multiple schools. (ie, fire and frost). When Burlex feels like the core is stable enough he will make a public trunk.

Burlex has not released WORKING source for 2.4 patch he just uploaded 0n SVN 2_4 but then removed it because that was EXTREMELY bugged !
