[REQUEST]2.4 PTR Source

A lot of the repacks for 2.4 I noticed are missing a lot of Patches or the Source was compiled properly Resulting in errors.

Can someone please provide to me the source for 2.4 PTR.

Burlex Took down his SVN for 2.4 so I need someone to send it to me please.

I will Apply all the patches and Realease A proper Repack in return.

burlex is not finished with fixing up the source for patch 2.4, he will release when its ready.

Im aware of this however There is Old 2.4 PTR That all these ascent Repacks are using.

There use to be access to 2.4 PTR on Burlex's SVN.

I Would rather have something to work from then nothing, I use to have a server but now everyones gone due to 2.4 Patch.

There is something to work with, and You are able to connect to it through 2.4 and im requesting the source code for 2.4 PTR that was released before Burlex took it down.

I cant just use 2.3.3 because 90% of my players dont realize they werent suppose to upgrade so Id rather have something they can connect to then nothing.

i dont think the 2.4 ptr branch supported 2.4 patch

just because theres a 2.4 in the svn doesnt mean it support patch 2.4. The ascent 2.4 in the svn supports the update of wow 2.2-2.2.3

yes, burlex took it out so he could configure it for 2.4, he will release when hes done

That 2.4 PTR that was in the svn crashed every 5 minutes regardless. It is a terrible source and repacks that use it are pretty bad imo. Wait until burlex releases his stable version.

There is a reason why it was taken out

I've been running the re pack for 7 Hours straight no crashing. Theres bugs yea but oh well.

My point is, Id rather have a Buggy 2.4 Server then a 2.3.3 which no one will conncet to.

I'd rather have people stop asking about this patch 2.4, and learn to go to other sites...lets see ascentemu for updates and info since it is ascent's offical site?
