[Help] Weird issue with vendors

Now this is only happening with my custom vendors and ive checked my creature_proto and names tables and theres no differences between the legit vendors and my custom ones but what is happening is whenever I purchase an item from a custom vendor it sets the page im looking at on the vendor back to 1.

ie I buy a void crystal on the last page of the enchanting vendor and it jumps back to the first page. It happens when I buy in stacks as well.

Take a look at the items; Do they have a white * on them? If so, it means the vendor wants to sell a stack of alot of the same item. Just do .npc vendorr id, and .npc vendora id 1.

nope items are fine, purchasing the items works fine as well. It's just after you buy an item it sets your page that you're viewing back to page one after giving you the item you bought. =\

Sounds like a core issue. Try to move to another core. 3.8 is pretty stable.

im on 3_8 stable and i just recompiled the core, its only happening with custom vendors that were working prior to and the retail vendors work fine. If it were core id assume it would affect all vendors

im going to try dumping and re-adding the vendors to the db...

well i just tried removing the custom NPCS from the DB completely, rebooting the server, readding them and rebooting again. also cleared cache and the issue still occurs.
Even tried recompiling 38 stable and then redoing them again and the issue STILL occurs. Any help? t.t

man im such a dumbass for not seeing it before...

items in the vendors table under max_amount were -1 thats what was causing the issue.

Post the code for your creature_name, creature_proto

Could be you have some flags and junk mixed up.
