DBC - GUI for reading?

I know how to make one of these, but was curious if one already existed? Has anyone made/published a "DBC Explorer" which basically lets you look @ the raw data?

Was debating starting to create one on OS X but didn't want to reinvent the wheel + waste time if one was out there.

Haha so true, now if he only gave us his scripts for Ida, And told us how he's gets the exe files before release.
