I just wanted to start to learn some memoryreading and here it is.

€: Is it possible that you could make one or two another examples like player ep or target name?
I get very confusing things back when i whant to read out the target name and nothing when i whant to read the player name.

Actually I just started myself so this is kind of a test for me to prove that I "graduated" from the first part. At the moment I'm trying to use IDA Pro and OllyDBG to get more offsets and pointers, also you can check the 4.0.3a Dump Thread theres lots of Descriptors, Hex Offsets and more you will need. Its neat, looks good I like it,
Several similar ones on these forums
most newbs tho wont understand your code or how it came about
I understand that you have to have basic knowledge but if you had that you would not need to look at someone else's guide
So you might want to touch up on how to get the players name
Instead of copy + paste
If you want to make it unique, you should explain your code a bit

other then that looks good 5 star +1 rep

Well if they have an intermidate understanding of C# they would know a bit on how the code works.

BlackMagic tutorial .. Shouldn't be named "memory reading tutorial" without "BlackMagic" in it, but that's just my opinion. There's a great difference between teaching someone to find the base address him/herself, getting process handle, setting debug privileges, reading from memory, etc. with the Windows API and teaching someone to just import a DLL file and list a few functions...

But yeah.. Good tutorial for people that actually want to use BlackMagic, I guess ..
