Greetings.
I have recently become very interested in WoW memory editing. I have a lot of time on my hands between now and September, so it seems like a great opportunity to do some learning.
A little about me:
I've been a hobbyist programmer for 6 years. I mainly worked with C++ (but I am familiar with other langs as well).
I've fooled around with D3D and OGL some, but I've done the majority of my outside of those libs. I like to program. I'm patient, persistent, and have absolutely no problem with reading 3-4 books just to get started on this endeavor.
My problem: It is my understanding that you need to have a strong grasp of ASM to begin your journey here. I do not. I am asking the experienced members of this board to be so kind as to recommend me a few books that I could purchase (or otherwise acquire) to learn ASM from.
Thanks for reading!
