Blizzard isn't stupid. Why should they release a glider scan in a new warden module when they know tripwire is watching it? As cypher said nothing is foolproof or safe in a context that there are no ways around it.
the warden system is more a generic framework which allows to detect simple hacks and bots by looking for code manipulation, injected code or other traces. With this task in mind it works really good.
btw warden contains already a little stack frame scan but it isn't in use. Would be easy to copy and paste the code to other places in the wow.exe.
