pqr by itself does not lag out your wow client, you should look at the profile you have running to see what its doing.

There are a number of things that can lag out wow from using PQR< but as Ev mentioned, its not actually pqr alone.

Outdated Profiles are generally the biggest culprit, or having abilities in the profile you are using , that your character does not currently have in there spellbook/ talents.

Additionally, incorrectly coded profiles will cause some frame-rate issues.

Check over all of that, make sure your using 32bit mode WoW, and then let us know whats happening.
