(quick disclaimer: even though this is labeled herb+mine, if you are just a miner or just a herbalist, this profile is perfectly suited to level mining from 1-150 or herbalism from 75-150 or so. To specify whether you want to harvest herbs, or ore, or both, go into Engine Settings and check the corresponding box)


Hey everyone. I finally made a toon I'm dedicated to herbalism and mining to supply all my alts w/ mats (and gold, of course).

I just started botting again, and now that the Lazybot site is down a lot of profiles are kind of scarce, especially lower level gathering profiles, so I'm going to start making my own. I used a 1-75 Elywnn Forest Herbalism profile I found to get my Herbalism up to 75 (got my mining up a bit too, you can of course use herb profiles to mine as well, just check the box) so that I could get to the appropriate levels for Darkshore.

So here's my Darkshore Herb 75-150/Mine 1-50 flying profile for your use. It's ok for both Alliance and Horde, I didn't add any vendors or mail because you won't be filling up your bags with mob loot, just plants and ore. You can take the mining past 50, of course. Just make sure to train when you hit 50 so you don't waste the level points.

Tomorrow I'll probably put up another profile (Herb 150-230/Mine 100-150)

A note about this Darkshore profile: I'm testing it now and it doesn't seem to be getting stuck at all. That one big cave in the northeast I made sure to go and blacklist all the nodes so you won't be running around on top of the cave trying to access the subterranean ore.
