    2: PQR, PQI, PE
    3. perma
    4: PC
5: Only used pqr/pe in pve. never really did pvp, but when i did, i played by hand (at least i tried lol). 3years old account, one 72h ban before for bumping forum threads...

Dont really think I will get my account back, but I tried opening a ticket.. no answer for 8h, but i bet they have a lot of tickets to respond to.. I heard some numbers, from someone who said he had connections to blizzard.. 510k+ banned us only.. adding eu / asia.. i am wondering how many top guilds will merge now due to lack of core raiders

    3. Perm-Ban

    5. Used Vitalics rogue profile in arena a few times. Although I did appeal the permanent ban to try change it to a 72hr suspension, I'm pretty sure anyone using PQR in a PvP environment will be stuck on a permanent ban.

edit: Also have never been suspended or had a warning before.

I used PQR/PQI for PvE only. Received a Perm-ban. Appealed the ban. I'll post more with how it goes.

    Just for added info:

Please post whether you have a recurring subscription (auto-billing), or if you pay month-to-month (via game time cards). Not that it will help anything, but just to see if Blizzard favors perm-bans on accounts who aren't subscribed.

Highly doubt if it matters, $15 is $15 either way.

That's why I said "not that it will help anything".

5: Last time I used PQR was on Monday of this week. I only ever used it for duels/arena, which was -maybe- once per week, if that. I put in an appeal. Doubt it'll be lifted.

Subscription for me, has been for years. Been 7 hours no response from appeal yet. Will post results as soon as I get them.

Month-to-month here. It's been about an hour since my ticket submission, so I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow to hear anything... possibly longer.

On a side note: Does anyone have any info on how they hand out 72h bans vs. Perm-bans? It seems Perm-bans are favored in posts here, but I was curious if there was a deciding factor; for instance, if someone wanted to reduce their ban from perm to 72h.

I don't even know what PQI is, so I doubt I've used it. I've been perma-banned with PQR usage.

Just for informational purposes: PQI is a program that sits in your Interface>Addons folder. It's required by some PQR profiles to function properly.
