Perma banning craploads of paying customers is always a bad move.

So whats the difference between:

Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

and:

Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software
Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

Both are using unauthorized software but one gets a 72hr and the other gets perma?!?

oh im sure, they play their class for progression (most of the time) and then they use pqr so they can be lazy while selling full heroic carrys, i know it, ive done it as a top 30 guild. but this isnt for complaining or arguing, its for posting the info for each person. so go troll on reddit, even though the ppl bitching about cheaters are probably cheaters too. join the club!

Used honorbuddy for 6 month now and never any issues and had not used PQR in about 2 months prior. Used Vitalics pvp rogue profile for 2 hours in a BG ...email the next day and permabanned.

On a side note I am glad I got banned, was thinking about quitting and needed a push. Thank you Blizz , now ill go to the gym!

5: first acc havent played for 2 months, got the email that i was banned on one acc, the second acc got banned aswell which i played with the vitalic profile(perma, 1st ban)

Did I read somewhere that upwards of 500,000 accounts were banned? If that's true, that would be 7.5 mil a month lost in sub fees. Can Blizz afford that right now?

Guess we'll find out with the quarterly reports, but I highly doubt its 500k accounts. 5k accounts might be in the realm of possibility.

Not really considering most profiles have had over a million downloads each

Yea PQI is banable even if you use your own profiles, and manually interrupt. I still feel PQI shouldnt be banable though it really does not give you a edge vs others. And it really dosnt ruin the game. Im guessing since the Xpack is due next quarter most likely they know most will make a new account and just use there insta 90 to get back into raiding. Sad though some barly used or didnt use it and got a perma while others bot 24/7 and get a 72 hour suspension. But thats life for ya.

I feel its one of the best simcraft tools out on your own gear. Also try to push it on Blizz that its a awesome addon for handicaped people. Like carpell tunnel, amputated hands/fingers, or lack there of a hand and fingers. for those that really want to legitimize it or need it.
