2 accounts, 1 battlenet... what will they ban?

Hey.

I want to start a bot account on my battlenet account with my main account.

My question is, if they ban the account... will they take the whole battlenet account with it?

OR will it they just ban the bot account.

I also have SCII linked to my battlenet.

They never ban by battlenet just by account, why would they want to stop you spending money on their games... i think not....

on US Servers From what I've read they only ban the License that's violating the ToS, but occasionally they will ban additional WoW accounts on that battlenet if they are linked somehow to the cause of it being banned I.E sending gold from a bot or something but this only happens on occasion

As far as other Licenses go such as starcraft, if you got banned on WoW it would never affect another game.. anybody who say's so is obviously trolling.

So how can you move gold between the 2 accounts safely? Would you have to bring in another person not associated with the 2 accounts?

There is no safe way, just ways to buy time.
It's Blizzards game they have billions of dollars and 100's of not 1000's of employee's.
However i have found the more you transfer things around the more time you buy for yourself, this also depends on what level of volume you are dealing in. Larger the volume the bigger a target you become, alts are your friends. The bigger you are the more you need.

I've got a permanban on my main today. WOW1 has been banned, but i can still use WOW2 and the PTR.

They will not ban either account attached to the battle.net account, they will ban the entire battle.net account. That includes your SC2.

This is coming from experience.

Depends how hard the GM wants to hit ya. Its a different scenario for everyone

Depends they might ban your other wow accounts on occasion but they sure as hell won't ban other game licenses such as starcraft 2 and diablo 3"when it comes out"

Their has been blue posts confirming this.. it makes sense really.. why would they want to ban you from battlenet and stop you from purchasing more of their titles, when you only committed the offense on WoW.

and if they did its a mistake and i'm sure a simple email will fix it.

Were they all WoW accounts?? because from what I'm aware of they can ban all your WoW licenses for a WoW offense or if they don't do that they can ban them for being linked somewhat like via gold or something.. oh and you can be banned if warden catches you botting on one account and your playing on a second wow account that can get you banned on both.

I'm interested to know did you have a completely unrelated account on their like starcraft 2? I'm just curious if you could give us some more information because from what I've seen in the past from blue posts ect they shouldn't touch your starcraft 2 account.. if its a completely different game.

They wont close your bnet account ever, they just close the accounts that are against the rules. I dont know how they did it, blizz never reveals the background about the investiagation. They found proof and banned all the accs attache to my bnet. that's it.

Dont exploit/bot/sell gold/do anything illegal if you dont want to be banned.

Were they only WoW accounts? Like did you have a starcraft 2 account that was affected by it?

they were wow accounts. chill they wont touch starcraft acc or your other wow acc if they are clean.
