Is there any bot for rotating around the target in duel or pvp ?

all aboard the cypher bandwagon
nice work Tanis +Rep
I was using some other commercial bots in a past and any times I've seen bugs/crappy implementation I was thinking "If anyone technically knowledgeable enough would start open source project so I can join and finally manage it's working in way I usually done things working (mean properly???"
And voila - Vive Tanis !!!I'm supporting this project as much as I can and it also a great place to learn stuff about reverse engineering, hacking and everything else bot related.
Whoever here to find boting solution or learn that's a best place to start - unless you want read meaningful comments on your noobish questions. If you skeptic about bot security - jump and do it secure you think is enough to use it. None prohibit you from customizing it or even use it for commercial - that's an Open Source. Just give back you can give back after - ideas, code or even profit from sell - don't forget you got it for free
So Tanis thanks again, don't expect it grow fast (remember how long took Linux to become wide used) and don't pay attention for cynics and other crying babies here - i think some of them part time Blizz workers![]()

As ClubbS pointed out you can customize it for this if you wish to. You have access to the functions to read the direction the player and the target are facing so it's trivial to know when you're not at his back and move around.
Right now I'm doing all but PvPing so don't expect me to write a PvP script anytime soon.
Thanks a lot for this!
Havent used the bot, but I've used some of your code on my private projects

What's it do :O
I always testing new bots..
Ok, I tried it 2 times (recently and a while back) and couldn't get it to work.
The problem mostly lies in the fact that the offsets are fubar.
Make sure that, in WoWData.xml, the following offsets are defined as following:
And I used CheatEngine to find a 'hole' for the lua callback injectiongame_offset="0x00CF8C50"
name_store_pointer="0x00C93448"
Is(are) the original dev(s) still working on this?
Thanks for submitting the correct offsets. That's what I was expecting from the community.. to contribute with something from time to timeI didn't update them all during the last patch as I'm mainly working on a rewrite of the bot and I'm not keeping the SVN up to date with every new patch. But I'd be happy to do it as long as it's the community that contributes something back
That's on purpose. It's fine to give away the sources for all the copypasta guys out there, but at least you have to have a brain in order to run it
Yes, we're still working on it, but it's become a very "spare time when there's nothing better to do" project as it seems that there's not much interest in a free bot out there. Professional farmers prefer paid supported products (and I agree with that) and everyone else just doesn't seem to care. Which means that the project is progressing slowly.
