All these guys did was make it fun to play wow without all the button mashing.....

So lets just pick up the pieces and figure out what happened so we can prevent it in the future!

Seriously though, there is no way to ever be 100% confident that your anti-anti-cheat is completely effective. People who have made that claim in the past have consistently come unstuck.

Learn to reverse, figure out how WoW works, write your own shit, keep it private, don't change WoW's own code, keep reviewing your own protection and improving it. Each step you take along that path makes it increasingly unlikely you will be banned.

My account, and my husbands was banned. Maybe if I play it stupid "I didnt know it was wrong, someone told me about it" they will cut me a break since Ive not had any trouble in 5 years.

Normally I stay away from these forums for exactly this reason - flaming noobs who think they know better but don't.... achieves nothing.

However, in a period where banwaves are occuring and people are spreading uninformed misinformation that can potentially make the situation worse, the quickest and most efficient way to stop that spread is to just go ahead and a**hole it up. It's not nice, but it sure does work.

When you have had to deal with the daily tide of ignorance washing over you, and then have to deal with the tsunami-like levels of it in a situation such as this, come back and preach.
