You're going to attempt to threaten sueing them knowing damn well what you did and the risks involved?

    You're pretty funny.

I wish you were trolling but I have trouble believing that

But they don't know what I did. I can claim it was never me and I was hacked via a third party program and there is laws about with holding information about such things. So if I don't get every millisecond the script or macro or w/e was used their will be consequences.

Blizzard isn't afraid of your lame attempt at threatening litigation. They are not in violation of any laws about "withholding information." Playing their game isn't a right and they can stop you from playing any time they like. You will never see your toon again. Accept it. You gambled and lost.

They owe nothing to you and can ban you for whatever they want, whenever they want.

Best of luck to you, though. However, don't be too upset when you don't get what you want.

To those that are going for the "I got hacked claim." It probably won't work if over9000 people send that to them. Also here is a quote from the ToU that YOU agreed to when you play the game.

"5. Account Suspension/Cancelation: BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. Accounts terminated by Blizzard for any type of abuse, including without limitation a violation of these Terms of Use, will not be reactivated for any reason. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this TOU, a Game EULA or other Blizzard policy. You may cancel any Account registered to you at any time by following the instructions on the Website. Blizzard may stop offering and/or supporting the Service at any time."

So they really don't care. Just buy another account and start over.

The would be obligated to give me a full refund for everything I paid for on the game as they are withholding information and not telling me the precis details about why they have remove my account which took away my money

They aren't obligated to give you anything. You are making up law right now. In order for them to owe you any money they would have had to take away something that you had a right to. You have no right to your account. You paid for the service of being able to log in. They provided that service to you until now. You had a temporary license to play the game. That has been revoked.

Don't sugar-coat this and delude yourself into thinking you have any grounds for a lawsuit. You don't. You are making up law that doesn't exist.
