Bot looks interesting. I like the mesh concept. I know I did not have to, but I bought the whole Gbuddy, Hbuddy lifetime subscription...

Definitely alpha material still in my opinion. Tried to run the bot (run bot) 10 times. 5 times, it let me submit an error report to the devs then closed, 3 times it just froze, and 2 times it buffed whatever I had targeted when I started it and then stopped working.

The tools for creating meshes need to be improved. Someone posted an Openbot link and they need to implement a lot more of what Openbot did. When I attempted to build my own mesh the system appeared inconsistent or was not giving me enough feedback so that I could make sure it works correctly. A better path builder, if you take a look at GPbot in the forums here, has a nice Radar screen that helps you visualize your path while you build it. Of course you could also use EditPatrol from what I understand...

The instructions they have available make it sound like it should be simple to set up and get running, but just the shear lack of information makes it difficult to know if you are doing something incorrectly. One person said that you had to set up your key bindings like Gatherbuddy, but the official documentation they have on it mentions nothing about setting your keys up.

If you are not an ADVANCED bot user, I would pass up this one right now. Lots of potential, but still in its infancy.

My current Bot Opinions:
Pirox has the best toolset in my opinion at this point. GPBot looks very interesting and I have been able to grind with it for longer periods of time, but the standard combat classes seem to fail for me and the pally one I am using has a tendency to start running around like a chicken when I am fighting. WowRobot looks interesting, but I have not tested it. Gnometools has not terribly impressed me, but I did not buy the Elite version with advanced combat scripting.. Pocketgnome is very neat, but lacks some basic things like not running into walls constantly. Awesome fight setups though and reasonably easy to use. A new bot I saw called Omega-Bot seems to have a "strange" amount of hype around it. I downloaded an fiddled with their demo (runs for 15 minutes). Was not interesting enough for me to buy and pursue further. Seems like a lot of the features are "coming soon". Other than that I could at least actually run it...

xxAhzz - all good points which is why we called the release an alpha.

On Thursday we will be releasing a beta which includes a 1-60 profiles. Meshes are included so all you need do is enter the name of your bank alt in the profile (it mails loot automatically) and buy training/gear when you want it. It moves from zone to zone by itself but sometimes that does need a little help from you.

You can pretty much convert ppather profiles altho we use XML, no silly willy interpreter this version is pretty old tho got some bugs but it's fine if you just wanna try it out.
It's an active bot but we got brains.

Ok, I've been trying to find where to download the honorbuddy client.. but so far I can only find the gatherbuddy one. I don't speak german or whatever the site is in.. so could someone help me out here? Link the DL?

edit: ok I seached around google and found a page that said you could only test this if you were a lifetime subscriber to the gatherbuddy.. is this true? or can I test honorbuddy to see if I like it before buying?

I dunno if you know but ive been working on this the last 4 months, MaiN joined 2 weeks ago or something and is in chargé of the pathing and some other stuff. Im working on the states for the PvP and it should get much improved soon.

Update on my experience:

I now have it running (version 0.951) and have made 5 or 6 of my own meshes. I am specifically farming low level materials from mobs right now to raise a profession. The looting of multiple mobs works very well. I am still trying to figure out the best way to mesh and create hotspots. I have mainly been in open places and discovered I needed to adjust my pull range lower in one situation (cliffs nearby). The Custom Classes that people have shared on the site and I have tried seem to go pretty well.

The big thing for me at this point is that they need to increase the usability and verbosity of their user interface. There are of course a lot of other small bugs and some big features not working for me, but that could be my skill or their software, I am not sure.
