Hi Guys,

i think i found the solution to various problems from the last few pages.

The .xml files from version 3.1.2 are faulty when it comes to other clients than the english ones!

Look through both .xml files and replace for example:

<enDE> to <deDE>
<enES> to <esES>
<enRU> to <ruRU>

and so on. do it on both files for whatever language you are using and you are ready to go, no more spelling problems )

thanks to the author for his fine bot, i hope i could tribute a bit with this post

But now it just don't happen anything at all when I'm trying to start it.

Dunno what the problem can be, I was fishing then I switched place and restarted WoW and now it just don't work :S

Yes, I had Unicode set to something beside English and forgot to change it back.

Did it and after restarting MrFish like 10times and clicked on everything is started to work. But now I turned it off because of raid and after it I wanted to fish some more and now it don't work again... The program won't do anything, starting it, detecting WoW and then I click on the fish... noting happens.

Okay .. TBH .. it sounds like you don't understand what any of the options mean at all, and your perhaps trying to get the bot to run in both "Injection, and Non injection" modes, So .. About 10 pages back there is a guide that EVERYONE that is having problems should at least try. I am not saying that your stupid, just that sometimes a simple breakdown is the key.

Step by step guide.

1.) Download and Install .NET framework 3.5 (some folks have better luck with 2.0)
2.) Unzip Mr.Fishit a folder on your desktop. The only files in the folder should be (FASM.DLL, fasmdll_managed.dll, and Mr.Fishit.exe)
3.) Start Wow.
4.) ALT-Tab and start Mr.Fishit.
5.) Click the options tab.
6.) **For Injection** Click all 3 boxes (Looting, relure, and Spellcasting.)
7.) Click "Use Lure"
8.) In the "Polename" box type the name of your CURRENT pole. **EXACTLY**
9.) Click Show Debug window (Incase anything goes wrong you can let us know.)
10.) Under Timing put (After looting 2200 - 2800, and Prior lure 1750 - 2300)
11.) Click SAVE.
12.) Click the Default tab.
13.) In the bottom right corner click the "?" button, and then hit "ok" on the window that pops up.
14.) In the "Processes" box, Select YOUR World of Warcraft ID. (It will highlight blue)
15.) Click the Fishy button at the top under "actions"
16.) Love fishing for the first time.

"Oldschool" or "NON injection" guide.

Follow all the same steps as above however leave the 3 boxes in the "Use Injection for" tab BLANK.

Uncheck "Use Lure" AND remove any text from the "Polename" box.

On your action bar place your "FISHING SKILL" button (on the first page in your spell book), and set a key binding for it. ie:1

in the "SKILL" bow in the options menu put "1"

Equip pole and apply lure manually.

(You can leave the Timing options the same, and feel free to check the Inventory full box, or logout box.

Proceed through steps 11 - 16.

Also .. MAKE SURE that you are running NOTHING ELSE.. Just the bot and wow. If this doesn't help you .. please post the debug log, or the error message or something.

Hey guys, first time botter here. I must give a massive thanks to nesox for this bot as its worked wonders for me. I've always been paranoid about botting and being banned but so far so good. I have one question though, could anyone explain to me what injection and non injection is?.

This has already been answered a few pages back, but the basics are ..

Injection - is Manipulating the game itself to do set tasks.
Non injection - is just clicking buttons for you at on a timer.

Regardless, I do believe that if you go back a few pages, Nesox has answered this with all the Technical mumbojumbo :P
