I have seen far too many posts with cracks for Keyclone being handed out to the public free of cost. It's only fair that I give you guys a heads up about why you should reconsider sharing or using these stolen copies.

While people may not realize this or maybe not want to realize it, getting Keyclone for free is stealing from members of MMOwned. "How mudfish?! No one on these forums created keyclone!" Your right, the author of Keyclone may not use these forums (at this time) but the people that use the program do. When you give out Keyclone for free, no support is being given to the creator (Solid ICE Tech.). Therefore if the distribution of free versions increase, the author cannot/will not have the funds to continue development on Keyclone. That means the users of MMOwned (and elsewhere) will not get updates for the copy they paid for.

I'd like to quote from a recent conversation with the author of Keyclone:

This isn't an attempt to hype everyone up about posting a crack. This is to make sure you guys know what could happen in the future. I'm also not saying it's not okay to post a crack for Keyclone, but is okay to post any other crack. There should not be any warez on this site in the first place.

I don't want to hear "LOL do you not realize that there are a lot of illegal things on this site? Your not a mod/admin, what are you going to do about it?!". Sure, that may be true, but that doesn't mean I support everything on this site. And yes, I may not be a moderator of these forums but that doesn't mean I can't enforce legalities when it pertains to a program I frequently use and is in a detrimental state due to some members actions.

Anyway, please stop posting cracks for Keyclone here. I will gladly keep everyone updated on any info I feel needs to be known in this thread.

mudfish really if you steal any program from anywhere you can get in trouble so just posting that you could get in legal trouble from stealing from solid ige tech or whatever is like saying you could get in legal trouble if you ****ed with blizzards servers its the same thing no one really is going to stop downloading the cracks but thats my 2 cents but i still agree keyclone is worth paying for and people shouldnt really download cracks but its supply and demand people want programs that cost money for free so people go find cracks its the same old same old its never going to stop really no matter the risks

Am I active in the EMU section? No. And about this site hosting glider cracks you have been misinformed about that. If you have seen a post containing a crack for glider, I'm sure it was removed. You obviously have not read over the forum rules.

Sure I have posted a few scams that I used to use here. You must not be able to comprehend a thread that has any words over the 6th grade level so let me break it down. I made this post to inform you that in the future, keyclone cracks may result in legal troubles. Now I can either give you the heads up, or you can just post them and deal with the creator. I'm not here to dictate what you buy/steal, I'm here to let you know of future problems that you can run into.

Keyclone is not a hack and I didn't post this to make money. Again, I posted this because i don't want to loose my copy along with any other MMOwned members.

Yes but I'm referring to a program that directly relates to me and fellow MMOwned users. Does it effect MMOwned's members when fraps is posted? How about glider? No. The number of people that use them vastly out number the amount that steal it. Not to say that I support those cracks and think they should be allowed. However, dualboxing is a relatively small community as it is, when you steal Keyclone, you steal from us.
