There can be loads of strange situations with can be misunderstand by "the automatic system" witch will lead to penalties for both normal players and people who enjoy ruin others fun (the ones who should suffer those penalties)
So I think "an option to submit fast tickets to a GM and let them judge the situation" wold be much better than some bugged automatic system.
But yeh GM employers time cost money and i guess anything cheaper works better for f*** Blizzard.

You've got to be kidding me. You attributed the reveal of a hidden system to automatically result in a ban? They're not going to ban you, your monthly fee is worth too much and it's not like a "pull and leave" will make others unsubscribe.

leaving group while dead in combat will sometimes not incurr the deserter debuff.
